GOD OF GREAT WONDERS.

Text: Genesis1:1-31. Exodus 3:14

When we talk of wonders, we are talking about surprises, we are talking about something unexpected. Something that is inexplicable i.e something that some one is unable to explain. When we are talking about God. We mean the creator, ruler of the universe, the beginning and the ending, the one that never changes. The one who has the authority of heaven and the earth. We are talking about our all in all. The omnipotent God. The God who as ability to do absolutely anything. The one that brought the children of Isreal out of the land of slavery. Am talking about the unchangeable changer. I think you will praise Him.
God of wonders.
The first and the last.

When we talk about His wonders, we are talking about His Power, His Nature and Attributes. He is so powerful that He made heaven His throne and earth His footstool. He created the universe out of nothing. Genesis 1:1
Not only does He created the universe but He made season and time beautiful because He is a God of order.
Exodus 3:14
God says He is the " I am that I am" what does He mean by this?
He is simply saying "I am whom I say I am" because what He says He will do He will do. This season He will proof Himself as the I am the I am in your life in Jesus name.

WHY IS HE GOD OF GREAT WONDERS?
1. Because His names are wonders. Psalm 40:5

2.Because He does wonders. Exodus 14:1- 31

3.Because He is a God that full of miracles. Every miracle is bore out of wonders. The creator of all things is certainly able to do miracles. Mark 6:1-6

4.Because He is all powerful God. One of God's character is that He is powerful. Powerfully to do all things because He has the master plan of the universe in His hands. God is all powerful ( Omnipotent): Gen 17:1; 35:11

5. Because God is not a creature and never had a beginning point, being eternal: Deut 33:27; Isa 9:6; ... Ps 139:1-6; Job 42:2; Acts 2:23; 1 Tim 1:17

6. Because He change not. He is all in all because He changes situation and He Himself change not.
 Malachi 3:6. He is the immutable God.Psalm 34:15 God sees things beyond is present situation. He can see things that do not exist. e.g The whole world.

7. He is God of great wonders because He is a living God. After all, He is not God of the dead Mathew 22:32
8. He is a God of hope. Roman15:13

Father you the God of great wonders, please do your wonders in my life
